Rates are per night regardless of the arrival time

  • The arrival and check-in time for tents is from 11:00 AM to no later than 10:00 PM, and from 12:00 PM to no later than 9:30 PM for campers and caravans.
  • By bringing a CEE-type plug cable of about 10-15 meters, it is possible to use electricity for free.
  • A freezer is available for customers to store ice packs, and a compressor is provided for inflating air mattresses.
  • Pets are allowed in the pitches as long as they are always kept on a leash. They must not be aggressive or excessively noisy.
  • Depending on the time of year and occupancy levels, a deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
  • In the central period of August, bookings of at least 6 nights are accepted. Shorter stays are only possible with last-minute reservations (close to the planned arrival). Depending on availability, some exceptions may occur, but not during the Ferragosto holiday or on Saturdays.
  • Access with vehicles is prohibited between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Pitches: rules and conditions

1. Booking Methods and Withdrawal
  • At the unquestionable discretion of the Campsite Management, reservations may be subject to the payment of a deposit.The request for a deposit by the Management is made via email, SMS, or WhatsApp message and includes the amount. When required, proof of the deposit payment must be communicated by sending a copy of the payment via email or WhatsApp.
  • The reservation is considered valid from the moment it is confirmed by the Management. The confirmation can be made by phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp message and, when required, only after the payment of the deposit as per the previous Art. 1.
  • In case of cancellation, the amount paid as a deposit will be refunded as follows:
    – 100% if the cancellation is communicated up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date
    – 50% if the cancellation is communicated up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date
    The deposit will be entirely retained if the cancellation is communicated within 15 days prior to the arrival date.
  • It is not possible to transfer the reservation to third parties without the Management’s authorization.
  • During the central period of August, a minimum stay of 6 nights is required for reservations. Shorter periods are only available for last-minute bookings (close to the expected arrival date). Depending on availability, some exceptions may be possible at the Management’s discretion, but not during Ferragosto or on Saturdays.

  • The tent space and parking space are assigned by the Management; campers are asked not to change their assigned spots without authorization.
  • If a guest does not occupy the pitch by 8:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, it will be considered a cancellation. The Management is free to retain the deposit and allocate the pitch to another guest.
  • Entry to the campsite implies acceptance and full compliance with these rules, the general campsite regulations, the applicable rates, and the contractual and payment conditions (available both on the notice board and on the website).
3. Departures
  • Guests must vacate the pitch and the parking space of all persons and belongings by 11:00 AM. After this time, the day of departure will also be charged. By entering the campsite, guests agree and authorize the Management, if by 11:30 AM on the day of departure they have not vacated a pitch and/or parking space reserved by another guest, to remove all personal belongings from the pitch, including the accommodation vehicle. In this case, a flat penalty fee of €150 will be charged, without prejudice to any further damage incurred or to be incurred.
4. Damages, Theft, Losses, and Accidents
  • The Management declines all responsibility for damages to persons and/or property caused by improper or unauthorized use of the campsite facilities. Parents or guardians are responsible for the minors in their care for the entire duration of their stay.
  • Guests are required to take care of their personal belongings; the Management is not responsible for any thefts or damages, except for items handed over and accepted by the Management for safekeeping.
  • The Management is not liable for any accidents involving the circulation and parking of vehicles, nor is it responsible for any damage to property and/or persons, especially to children, caused by the carelessness and/or negligence of guests.
5. Vehicle Access and Office Hours
  • Vehicle access to the campsite is permitted only between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, and the speed of vehicles must not exceed 10 km/h.
  • The Management Office (including for the payment of receipts) is open from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. During other hours, the office is used exclusively for the control and surveillance of the campsite entrance.
6. Visitors
  • Visitors are not allowed unless authorized by the Management, upon presentation of an identification document and payment of the daily fee. The document will be returned only when the visitor leaves the Campsite.
7. Pets
  • Pets are welcome in tent and camper pitches as well as in permanent structures. However, they are strictly forbidden from entering bungalows and their respective external verandas.
  • Pets must always be kept on a leash while inside the campsite.
  • Guests are required to clean up after their pets.
  • The Management reserves the right to remove from the campsite any guest with a pet found not leashed inside the campsite or causing any kind of disturbance, such as noise or aggressive behavior.
8. Code of Conduct
  • The digging of channels and trenches around tents and especially the removal of stones from dry stone walls is prohibited.
  • Wood and charcoal fires are strictly forbidden.
    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside public restrooms and the enclosed bar/restaurant area.
  • Guests are required to practice waste separation (glass, paper, plastic, unsorted waste) and properly seal bags before disposing of them in designated bins located throughout the campsite.
  • Disturbing noise is generally prohibited; from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, maximum silence is required. Television and radio are tolerated only at very low volume.
  • Parents are kindly requested not to allow their children to run freely around the Campsite, especially during rest hours, to avoid disturbing other campers. They are also asked to accompany younger children to the toilets.
  • Playing ball inside the Campsite is prohibited.
  • Campers are required to behave respectfully towards others, refraining from offensive language or behavior. Any disputes should be resolved amicably and in agreement with the Management.
  • Any circulars and/or notices posted on the bulletin board at the campsite reception are considered an integral part of these regulations.
9. Final Provisions
  • Campers whose presence is not welcome at the Campsite must leave upon simple verbal request.

BUNGALOWS CONDITIONS

  • The bungalows are rented for full weeks, from Sunday to Sunday. Only in low season and subject to availability, it is possible to book for different periods by making a last-minute reservation, with a minimum stay of 2 nights for weekends and 3 nights for public holidays.
  • The bungalows are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • The use of one parking space is included in the price of each bungalow. Vehicle access is prohibited between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Gas and electricity are included in the price, while the air conditioner is optional and charged based on consumption if used.
  • Bedding (sheets, towels, and tablecloth) is not provided, while spring blankets are included.
  • Pets are not allowed in the bungalows.
  • A deposit of 33% of the stay is required for bookings. For the return policy, please refer to Article 2 of the full regulations below.
  • A security deposit of €150 is required upon arrival. The price does not include the final cleaning fee.
  • No flat-rate fees are provided for long stays.

Bungalows: rules and conditions

1. Booking and Cancellation Policy
  • The booking is considered valid from the moment the deposit is paid (33% of the total stay amount). The payment of the deposit must be communicated by sending the payment receipt via email. The booking will be effective only upon confirmation by the Management via email or phone.
  • In case of cancellation, the deposit paid will be refunded as follows:
    – 100% if the cancellation is communicated up to 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.
    – 50% if the cancellation is communicated up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • The deposit will be fully retained if the cancellation is communicated within the 30 days prior to the arrival date.
    If the cancellation is communicated more than 60 days after the deposit request by the campsite, €30 will be retained per week booked for administrative expenses.
  • The full stay amount must be paid on the day of arrival. If no prepayment is made, the Management may refuse to accommodate the guest. In no case will a refund be given for early departures or late arrivals.
  • The booking cannot be transferred to third parties without the authorization of the Management.
  • Weekly stays are from Sunday to Sunday. Shorter stays, of at least 2 nights, are only possible in low season, by booking last minute (contacting us a few days before the arrival date).
  • During the entire stay in the bungalows, at least one adult must be present. If minors are present without a parent or legal guardian, an adult must assume written responsibility for the civil and criminal liabilities related to the minors present.
2. Arrivals
  • The check-in and acceptance time is from 16:00 to 20:00. Guests must provide documents, which will be returned after the necessary registration time. Guests without a valid identity document will not be allowed.
  • Document retrieval is the responsibility of the guest.
  • Upon arrival, the guest must pay the total amount for the stay, the tourist tax, and the final cleaning fee. They must also pay a deposit of €150.00, which will be refunded at departure according to Article 17 below.
  • The final cleaning fee refers to a bungalow left in good condition, and does not include cleaning of dishes and cookware. The condition of the bungalow will be evaluated at the sole discretion of the management, and if the bungalow is in poor condition and/or if dishes and cookware are not cleaned by the guest, a penalty equal to double the cleaning cost will be charged.
  • The guest who does not occupy the bungalow by 20:00 on the scheduled arrival day without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the Management will be free to retain the deposit and assign the bungalow to another group. It is possible to delay the arrival date only by paying the full cost of the stay in advance.
  • Entering the campsite implies acceptance and full compliance with these regulations, the campsite’s general rules, the prices, and the contractual terms and payment conditions (available both on the notice board and on the website).
  • The number of people in the bungalows cannot exceed the number of beds available.
  • Upon entering the bungalows, the guest is required to check the equipment and read the air conditioner meter; any missing items or damage to the structure, part of it, or the equipment will be charged to the guest.
3. Departures
  • Guests must leave the bungalow by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. After this time, an additional day will be charged, and in any case, the bungalow must be vacated by 14:00. If this is not respected, the Management is expressly authorized to remove, at the guests’ expense, all personal belongings to accommodate the next booked guests.
  • Upon departure, the guest must pay the tourist tax for any other people who arrived during the stay and the possible use of the air conditioner, measured by the meter placed inside the bungalow next to the unit.
  • Upon departure, the deposit will be refunded, minus any penalties, damages, or reimbursements. If the departing guest leaves the bungalow at a time that does not allow for inspection, the deposit will be refunded, minus any charges, within 15 days via bank transfer.

  • Dishes (plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee cups, breakfast cups, dish rack, corkscrew), coffee maker, cookware, salad bowl.
  • Spring blankets.
